Privacy notice – Mauritian Data Protection Act 2017 – Sale of the business and assets of Bboxx Ltd (Company)

Bboxx 2.0 (Buyer/we/us) purchased the business and assets of the Company (acting by Paul Williams and Stephen Goderski of PKF Littlejohn LLP, as the Joint Administrators of the Company) on 19 May 2025. You are currently listed on the Company’s customer database for the purposes of receiving details in respect of the services provided by the Company.

Your personal data has been transferred to us, as the Buyer, for the continued provision of certain details in respect of the services provided to you by the Company. We will process your personal data fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the principles and requirements of the Mauritian Data Protection Act 2017 (the Act).

Under the Act, we are required to provide you with information about who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes and your rights in relation to your personal data. This information is provided in the Bboxx Privacy Policy. It is important that you read that information.
