With a passion for numbers and statistics, I naturally pursued a career in data analysis. As a former Credit Team Leader at Peg-CI, I honed my skills in various analysis programs, developing a keen sense of organization, rigor, and adaptability. These capabilities have propelled me to my current role as a Portfolio Analyst at Bboxx-CI, where I’ve been since June 2023.

In the past six months, I’ve implemented analyses to identify reasons for non-payment and devised strategies, such as sending SMS reminders and offering free credits, to encourage more customers to recharge. I also collaborated with colleagues from Rwanda on the IC Privilege Club project, focusing on SMS campaigns targeting customers with payment irregularities over three months. This initiative led to significant improvements in payment behavior.

At Bboxx, we are committed to transforming lives by providing solutions like phone sales on credit and selling solar kits in non-electrified areas, reflecting our deep commitment to the communities we serve.
