The past three years at Bboxx have been an incredible journey of learning and growth. I started as a Retail Manager, overseeing just four regions. Today, as Head of Retail Operations, I’ve gained a broader perspective on the business and have significantly expanded my skillset. Bboxx has consistently provided opportunities to step outside my comfort zone, allowing me to develop problem-solving skills and adaptability. One of the highlights of my time at Bboxx has been the launch of Flexx 12, a new product for the Kenyan market. Through strong teamwork, we exceeded our sales targets by double, demonstrating the power of inclusive collaboration.
