Anthony Osijo

Anthony Osijo is a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services, finance, and associated industries. He is internationally recognized for his expertise and has held significant roles across the globe. Before joining Bboxx, Anthony served as Managing Director at Credit Agricole, where he was responsible for debt product sales and strategy. His extensive career includes positions at a large Swedish Pension Fund, UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Agricole in Hong Kong, where he contributed to business development and served as Treasurer of ASIFMA.

At Bboxx, Anthony has been instrumental in driving the company’s accelerated growth over the past four years first as CFO and now as Group CEO. Bboxx manufactures, distributes, and finances decentralized solar-powered systems in developing countries, with head offices in Rwanda and London and operations across Africa and Asia. Under his leadership, Bboxx will continue to expand its reach and impact, providing sustainable energy solutions to underserved communities.

Beyond his professional achievements, Anthony is passionate about using technology to accelerate development in Africa, with a strong focus on sustainability both financially and environmentally. He is actively involved in raising funds for start-ups and sits on numerous charitable boards, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact on society.
